This is a 6 month contract with the possibility of extending up to 12 months.



Project Description:

DEG; Storage Group; Storage Components Division; The Validation team needs a validation technician to work on Storage Controller Sunrise Lake Customer Reference Boards.



Daily Responsibilities:

Execute test procedures using black box validation. Reproduce and log defects. Build and modify system configurations



The following skills are REQUIRED:

Previous System Level Validation experience.

Familiar with Windows 2003 OS.

Software or System Test Execution.

PC or Server or Software Troubleshooting and debug skills.

Good Verbal and Writing skills



Candidates with the following skill are PREFERRED:

Prior experience working on Storage technologies SAS, SATA, FC, SCSI, RAID.

Linux experience.



Minimum of 3 years of experience of hands-on storage or server validation. Should understand storage terminologies and be able to execute test procedure with minimal supervision
