moving to phoenix - care to your home plus pay rent

Moving approximately Sept 15th to Phoenix. Possibly 12 - 18 months maybe longer. Not looking for any huge committment from you, maybe 3 months with option to stay longer if everything works out for you and me. Have a house in the east and do not want to buy or furnish - thus - looking for someone who wants to share!



Best case scenario would be a place where the owner is out of town 1/2 the time. I would gladly water plants, lawn, pick up mail, answer phone and even take care of a cat. 2nd scenario would be a roomate who is there all the time but not needy for attention etc as I work and like my space (not anti-social by any means).



Self - almost invisible, neat but not compulsive, kind, fun, 50ish, young, employed, creative. Moving from Rochester, NY and would like to be in a condo, house or apartment, any area that can get me to downtown phoenix during rush hours within 20 minutes - give or take a few minutes. Even downtown Phoenix would work.
