B2Gnow, a fast growing software company located in North Central Phoenix is seeking a dynamic Software Training Manager to join our small team of exceptional individuals. B2Gnow provides software to governments of all sizes that streamlines and improves the effectiveness of their supplier diversity programs. B2Gnow’s web-based platform supports a load of thousands of simultaneous users and transactions in a completely secure, robust environment. Our solutions are offered as a robust hosted system that requires no additional hardware or software and minimal training and implementation expenses.



The Software Training Manager is responsible for the successful training of B2Gnow clients on our highly configurable software solutions. Our ideal candidate will have expertise in creating and delivering high-impact training both in-person and via web conference. Prefer experience training on web-based application service provider (ASP) solutions. B2Gnow is a small technology company with a great culture. We look for leaders who demonstrate high personal productivity and integrity, who can work largely unassisted and as part of a close knit team.



The primary responsibility of this role is managing day-to-day training activities to increase customer satisfaction, promote customer retention, and reduce customer dependency on support. B2Gnow software is used by government agencies of varying sizes across the country.



Responsibilities

▪ Develop training plans, strategies, and course curriculum outlines.

▪ Assist in the development of training manuals and user guides.

▪ Conduct highly effective client training either via web conferencing or on-site.

▪ Evaluate clients’ mastery of subject matter and provide follow-up training as needed.

▪ Develop and deliver an effective train-the-trainer course for larger clients.

▪ Provide user feedback to the implementation, support, and development teams.



Qualifications

▪ Bachelor’s degree or comparable work experience

▪ A minimum of 3-5 years of software training experience

▪ Experienced creating effective training programs for complex software solutions

▪ Highly skilled at delivering training both using web conference tools and in-person

▪ Well organized, self starter with excellent written and verbal communication skills

▪ Can perform to shifting priorities, demands, and time lines

▪ Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

▪ Team player

▪ Must be a dynamic personality with both technical proficiency and customer service skills
