Hello,



I'm 20, female, a mechanical engineering student at ASU and I'm pretty dedicated to my studies. Financially stable, with an awesome 1 yr old Cattle dog/Blue heeler named Rusty. I love to enjoy my weekends (during the part I'm not working), although, me enjoying my weekends sometimes only includes reading or cooking. I try to cook in the evenings as often as I can. I would really like to have a roommate I can trust and have a good time with. Ideally, I would like to live with some one between the age of 19-25, but personality 'clicking' is what's most important to me.



I need a house relatively close to ASU so that I can bike or it's a short drive. I would like a house with a dog-proof or nearly dog-proof back yard. I wouldn't mind living in a house with other dogs, as long as they all got along. I would like to pay $550/including utilities, but I could go as high as $600 including utilities. I don't like the AC on all the time, and I'm strict about lights and things that shouldn't be on.
