I'm a 21yo male looking for a guest house, separate from the main home!

I am gay and young and like to go out and have friends over occassionally but I'm never rude or disruptive.

Rent will always be paid on time. I'm looking for now or by Sept 1st.

I'd also like for the utilities, cable, & internet to be INCLUDED.
