I am looking for a room to rent in the Scottsdale area. I work in Old Town Scottsdale, so the closer the better.

I am a 42 year old working professional. I always pay my bills on time and am always reliable.

I am very laid back and usually spend my evenings at home during the week, except for the occasional happy hour or visit to the gym.

I am usually watching the ballgame or TV in the evenings.

I have my own TV's so I can always retire to my room if there is a TV conflict.

I am looking for a nice quiet place to live, and roommate(s) that will respect my privacy as much as I would respect theirs!!

I would perfer someone in my own age bracket because they are usually more laid back and don't have alot of friends and parties going on. Also they are usually a lot cleaner. But that is just a generalization on what I have noticed.

I have my own bedroom furniture and a little extra, but could always store it if needed.
