Ntrust Abstraction Management System (NAMS)

NTrust Infotech Limited specializes in legal contract abstraction. Contracts, including real estate and other lines that are sent by the clients are abstracted, verified and submitted for final auditing. The project NAMS provides a workflow management for the Ntrust Abstraction Management Process. The software architecture is a multi-tier architecture; where the presentation front-end forms are developed using HTML and JSP. Stateless Session EJB is used as the Business layer and Struts Action Servlet as the controller. Object/relational persistence and query service is achieved through Hibernate. IBM Websphere Application server is the application server used for running the Business Logics developed using Java. Microsoft SQL Server 2000 database is at the backend.

· Created GUI pages using HTML, JSP tags, Struts tag libraries and Javascript for the presentation tier.

· Implementation of screen validations using struts validator and javascripts.

· Created action classes for various screens.

· Wrote Data transfer objects (DTOs) and action forms for various screens.

The software architecture is a multi-tier architecture; where the presentation front-end forms are developed using HTML, JSP and Velocity templates. Stateless Session EJB is used as the Business layer and Struts Action Servlet as the controller. IBM Websphere Application server is used as the application server for running the Business Logics developed using Java. IBM DB2 Database is used as the backend to store and retrieve data.

· Developed online screens in HTML, JSP and Velocity.

· Wrote action classes for various screens.

· Wrote Data transfer objects (DTOs) and action forms for various screens.

Root Cause Management and Tracking System (RCMTS)

RCMTS automates workflow of Root Cause Analysis (RCA) process being carried out in the Transco Shipper Services Application. Before the implementation of this project the RCA related work was being carried out using excel sheets. This web application that is developed, provides a portal to maintain RCA data and generate customized reports in Microsoft Workbooks.



· Created use cases based on the requirements.

· Designed the database using ERWin. Implemented modules for JDBC connectivity to MySQL and Oracle databases.

· Prepared class diagram, sequence diagrams as part of the detailed design document. Prepared test cases to be used during system testing phase.

· Designed and developed graphical user interfaces using HTML, JSP, and Servlet. Used Javascript for online validations.

· Developed interfaces to generate reports in Microsoft Excel work sheets.

· Java classes were created for business logic implementation.
