Prior phone experience operating a switchboard or telephone console routing incoming calls required.





Qualified candidates must have strong grasp of managing multiple incoming (no outgoing) calls and possess professional, personable and pleasant communication skills.


Ability to manage parallel tasks and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) are essentical.
