family in major accident please read my story

On wednesday the 12 of september between 100 and 130 pm my husband was in a severe car accident with a phoenix city garbage truck, the location is 27th avenue and durango in phoenix. The reason I am writing to the public is to ask for help that if anybody witnessed this accident that you will call me. The driver of the truck is saying that my husband ran the red light, but I honestly believe my husband when he says that he did not run the red light, that the city truck ran the light. There were no physical wittnesses at the scene, I dont know why everyone around left but the police said there were no wittinesses.I do know that someone had to physically go through the passenger side of my husbands vehicle to help him out but that person or persons left right away knowing my husband was okay. Also my husband said that there was a white car right beside him towards the back of the vehicle when the impact happened. All I am asking is for anyone to step up if they saw this accident. My husband almost lost his life at that moment, we have 5 children, 2 of whom are handicapped. I believe the city is covering up to protect themselves why I don't know. They say there is a witness now, a phone call into 911. I believe that is a hoax. I do not want to sue or go to court, I just want the truth to clear my husbands perfect driving record.
