i need a guest house to rent for no more than $300 including utilities in the washington school district area. i want my daughter to go to Acacia elementary school next year. i can pay cash or trade for child care (as i have 2 young kids) and yard work and crafting or sewing. My husband and I are very handy so can repair most common household repairs. PLEASE PLEASE!! I am currently living with my mom, grandma, brother, and sister, with my kids and husband and I in a converted family room....it's getting cramped. it's technically a 3 bed 2 bath house so we're busting at the seams. My family wants our own space again. I know there are guest houses in this area, i know where they are and have seen them. I am asking for a helping hand. We are not messy people, i am actually a obsessive compulsive about organization and my husband is a neat freak. I have 2 cars but street parking doesnt bother me, we only have a 2 car driveway and no garage at my mom's so i'm used to being kicked to the curb....literally. I need my own space, something with a kitchen and bathroom. doesnt matter if it's studio or one bedroom, believe me, i can make it work. we got rid of all our furniture when we moved back in with my mom so all we have are beds and clothes. just need a bigger space than 14' x 19' room.
