Large Regional Real Estate Firm seeking General Counsel with 4-7
years of corporate and real estate experience to join a fast paced growing
company. <o:p></o:p>

 <o:p></o:p>

Necessary Experience<o:p></o:p>

Candidates will have experience working on general transactional
and real estate matters including <o:p></o:p>

 <o:p></o:p>

Drafting agreements;<o:p></o:p>

·     
Reviewing title;<o:p></o:p>

·     
Reviewing loan docs; and<o:p></o:p>

·     
Reviewing leases. <o:p></o:p>

 <o:p></o:p>

Experience in the real estate industry is a plus. Excellent
academic credentials, great interpersonal skills, and a history of big law firm
employment are essential for this position. <o:p></o:p>
