this movie theater sucks
First I got popcorn and ask for no butter
it was slammed with butter which made me feel sick
My soda ws not all the way full.
The movie theater was dirty and deserted
now i know why My husband and I were the only ones in the movie place
I had a very bad experience at this theater. There was a problem with the movie and they couldn't show it. The manager (!) didn't want to give me a refund, didn't apologize for the problem, or offer me a ticket to come back some other time. She was rude and dismissive. I've been there several other times and had no complaints but I've never been to a movie and not been offered a ticket after a predicament like this. Just leaves me very unhappy with this establishment!
This theater is very convenient for me, but I definitely do think that some money needs to be spend on repairs and renovations. Raising ticket prices and the prices at the concession stands isn't going to help the theater if no one shows up. Repair and clean the bathrooms and theaters and more folks will come.
