Please have an accurate "movies playing". I put this on my computer as a favorite so I could have quick access. Guess, what? I don't. You need to service the community. With the economy the way it is I would think that businesses would do all they could to make the customer happy. It doesn't matter if you're the only theatre in Casa Grande. There are movie rentals stores and cable "pay per view" that will steal the customers away if the customer doesn't feel valued. People want to feel that their money (what little people have now) is important enough to spend there, otherwise, they go somewhere else... Thank you for the time you take to read this, although, I haven't seen a response from management to any of the postings thus far... Can you hear me now?
It is really great that Casa Grande now has an above average theater and current movies -- I can't believe that those who are complaining ever attended very many movies in the old theater or they would be extolling their praises in lieu of dissing the Harkins and its employees.

i really love this place but they need more kids movies.
They don't have an accurate movie showtimes listing anywhere. The theaters are not well air conditioned, they are hardly playing THE DARK KNIGHT which is breaking box office records to make room for movies that will be on DVD in a month, and are not showing the more popular films such as the aforementioned on the larger screens in the theater. I made a 37 mile trip to a movie that was said to be playing at a time that was not offered when I arrived at the theater. I spoke to the manager and she offered no solution other than an apoligy. I suggest investing in a home theater system and just waiting for films to be released for sale. They wonder why the movie going audience is dwindling?
What is with the employees at Harkins in Casa Grande? They have the deer in the headlights look. Move at a snails pace and are not trained in customer service. Come on Harkin Managers train your staff to be future leaders in Arizona!
It's a very good place to have the family outings to watch movie... Since it's still new of course it's clean, but I just hope it's kept up clean...but other than that... two thumbs up from me and my family.

i like casa grande harkins,they are pretty good to me and my fam, i just think that they need more movies for kids,i dont like driveing to far to take my son all the way to phx,or mesa i really dont so pls try to get more movies in for us other than that everything was good.
